Our DSA Assessment Centres
Please note: In response to Covid-19, Student Finance England has announced that it is possible for students to access their DSA Needs Assessment remotely. AbilityNet has run video-based online assessments in workplace and education settings for some time and can provide a full service online. Please mention your preference - online or in person - when you book your DSA Needs Assessment.
If you qualify for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) you will require a Needs Assessment which AbilityNet can provide at one of our specialist DSA Centres around the UK. Our experienced team will conduct an assessment with you to identify the specialist support you may require. You can choose the centre closest to your college or university, or use the one nearest your home:

Our opening and waiting times
All of our DSA Assessment Centres are open Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.
If these times are unsuitable for you, please contact us using the details below and we will look at how we can accommodate you.
Waiting times at all our DSA Assessment Centres are approximately 3-5 days and please note, the QAF KPI maximum waiting time is 15 working days.
